# Crédit Agricole — 140 Years of History

**An implementation-ready, source-grounded HR onboarding content pack (English).**

Status: integrated into the public 3D Discovery Space at https://onboarding.vadymboiko.com/. Generated from `src/credit-agricole-content.js` on 14 October 2026. Historical anniversary scope **1885–2025**. This is an **independent editorial concept, not a Crédit Agricole-approved training program**.

## HR learning objectives

By the end of the experience, a new colleague should be able to explain (1) the financing problem that prompted the first local bank in the Jura, (2) the local/cooperative ownership model, (3) why the institution expanded to national, international, insurance and universal banking services, (4) the difference between 1885 Group origins and the 2001 Crédit Agricole S.A. listing, and (5) how the Group's raison d’être connects to everyday behaviour.

## Floor-plan editorial map

The same continuous, ~5,100 m² 3D office is preserved: east-wall history hall → glass-office connecting corridor → sage-green Commons → blue Creative Studio (north) and ochre Future Lab (south). The two learning laptops are in the main hall. Cinema projection is on the original north plaster wall.

**Why it matters to you:** The starting question was never “how big can we become?” It was “what do our communities need?”

**Art brief:** Original modern museum illustration of **farm** in #668172 with architectural details, the year, title and chapter tagline. It must **not** be described as an archival photo.
